Only 3 miles away from the legendary Kyle Field, our Aggie-themed pad is the perfect place home base for a weekend centered on football.
On top of that, we’ve got an epic backyard that’s decked out with a pickleball court, game day TV shed and a cowboy pool for taking a quick dip on those hot Texas days.
This home does not skimp on style. From the moment you walk into our thoughtfully decorated home, we want you to feel at home.
When you step through the front door, a hallway leads you into the main living area, bright and open with a comfortable sectional perfect for hanging (and napping).
While we don’t offer cable, the tv is equipped with a Roku for watching all your guilty pleasures. So feel free to BYOL (bring your own login) and log in to any service you’re subscribed to.
The left wing of the home has 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms contain one queen bed each and are separated by a bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. Behind these two bedrooms you’ll find the master bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet and attached bathroom.
On the right wing of the home you’ll find bedrooms 4 and 5. Bedroom 4 contains one full-size bed. Bedroom 5 contains two full-size beds, laid out in a way that’s reminiscent of a 2-bed hotel room.
Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, that’s just the memory foam mattress we stock in every bedroom!
While the home is equipped to host 12 people, a 13th is doable if someone wants to sleep on the living room sofa (speaking from experience, it’s very comfortable!). We’re happy to host large groups, but keep in mind it is a little cozier as it’s a 1900 square foot home.
While there are some great dining options in town, our kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics you’ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

No shoes inside the home please. Shoes are to be taken off and left by the front door for the health and safety of all.
The outdoor pool is out of commission from Friday April 18th – around Thursday April 24th due to repairs.
