The minimum age requirement for booking is 25 . The entire reservation balance is due at the time of booking and we offer many different payment methods for your convenience. Unfortunately, we do not offer any holds or deposits to secure your booking and dates & would kindly recommend you reserve quickly, as the properties book up fast!
At the time of booking, we also ask our guests for a security deposit of $250. This is in case there is any damage to the property or broken house violations during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
Our front door smart locks can be accessed any time after check-in (4:00pm) so any late check-ins are completely fine, no matter how late since its self check-in!
For our standard cancellation policy, we offer a full 100% refund for any cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. Additionally, you may cancel penalty-free anytime before 60 days prior to your arrival date. Thereafter, we will refund 50% (less processing fees) for any cancellation that occurs 30 days prior to your arrival dates. Any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be refunded only to the extent a replacement guest rebooks your dates.
As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow any pets over the vacation home whether for a little bit or to stay the entire reservation. We are very sorry about this & hope you understand!
