My 300 square foot tiny house is the perfect getaway for couples, small groups, business stays and long-term rentals.
Located in the View Heights neighborhood, my mid-century modern space offers a close proximity to:
LAX Airport – 10 Mins
Downtown LA – 20 Mins
The Beach – 12 mins
Venice – 18 mins
My tiny house is located in my beautifully landscaped backyard. This lil’ gem is maximized to fit up to 3 people. It’s a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly. The home is furnished with one full-size bed, and one twin-size air mattress. (We’ll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!)
Inside the kitchen, you’ll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. Because sometimes we just want a home-cooked meal, right?
The bedroom is furnished with a nice flat-screen tv where you’ll be able to enjoy Hulu, Netflix and more.
In terms of amenities, we’ve got you covered too! You’ll have access to small, yet important, things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, and more.
As I mentioned earlier, my casita chica is so perfect, you’ll want to stay forever. We’ve had guests ask. Just kidding. (But seriously.)
I live in the house in front of the tiny home. The tiny home is completely detached and not accessible from my personal home. So it is 100% PRIVATE!
You’ll have access to the entire guest home and patio outside the front door of the guest home.
I live in the main house, so whatever you need, I got ya!
We’re close to so many new restaurants, hiking trails, the new LA Rams upcoming stadium and more! Needing to catch a concert at the Forum? Good thing it’s only five minutes away!
The tiny home is completely detached and not accessible from the front home. So it is 100% PRIVATE!
You will have to walk up several steps to get to the home, and trek through my beautifully landscaped backyard on stepping stones to reach the house.
I have a Ring floodlight camera facing towards the tiny house in an effort to keep the entire property more secure 🙂
When there isn’t a guest in the front home, you’ll be responsible for taking out the trash/recycling.
