This mansion is equipped with three pickleball courts, a pool (heated to 85° for $200/day), BBQ grill, 2 bed/2 bath guest house, 4 car ports and 2 decks to enjoy the views, you’ll have everything you need and more while staying in your home away from home.

When you enter the home, off to the right you have a charming sunken living space with a decorative fireplace and views of the front yard, intimate and including a cozy lofted bench, yet still open and connected to the larger living area set back a bit further.
This second living area, with steps extending out into the backyard, is the perfect place to entertain, with multiple seating areas, skylights, beautiful furniture, another decorative fireplace and a pool table all tied together in a spacious open floor plan.
*Note- the bar area (ice maker, taps, etc) is from the previous owners and is not operational.
The kitchen features a 16-foot-long Brazilian tourmaline island with bar stool seating and large walk-in pantry with tons of cabinet space and a second refrigerator.
The WESTERN wing of the main home has 5 bedrooms including:
– One king bed (master)
– Two full beds (one regular, one Murphy bed) in separate rooms
– One bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total)
– One queen bed
The spacious master bedroom has dual closets AND two bathrooms (because why not?) and includes a 2-seated bathtub and walk-in shower with multiple shower-heads. This fabulous suite walks out onto a large wrap-around porch with views of the rose garden, pool and beautiful Pinnacle Peak beyond.
The EASTERN wing of the home has 1 bedroom (we consider it the guest suite) with:
– One queen bed
– A private balcony facing south and a
– Full attached bathroom
The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with a pool (heating available for an additional $200/day) and seating areas all nestled under string lights with views of the mountain in the distance.
The CASITA is just on the other side of the pool and boasts-
– Two bedrooms
– Two full baths and a
– Sofa bed
There is also a full kitchen with breakfast nook and living area, making it the perfect autonomous accompaniment to the larger main home.

MASTER-
Mini splits in the master bedroom do not work. There are 2 ceiling fans in the master in the event the house’s A/C does not cool the room to your liking.
HEATING ELEMENTS-
DO NOT use the fire pit. It is from the former owners and difficult to operate.
All fireplaces in the home are decorative.
We DO have HEAT LAMPS outside for your enjoyment. To turn ON, there is a breaker box located behind the outdoor bathroom. That breaker box actually turns the outdoor heat lamps on/off. So feel free to turn those on! Please just make sure to flip the breaker off once you’re done 🙂
Bathroom breakdown-
It says 6.5 but what that really means is 5 full bathrooms (3 in main home; 2 in casita) and 3 half bathrooms (2 in main home and one outside). Airbnb adds it all together (5 + 1/2 + 1/2 + 1/2 = 6.5) which is a bit silly so we just like to clarify 🙂
NOTE- A pool waiver MUST be signed by all guests prior to the start of the booking in order for guests to use the swimming pool at the property. Please reach out with any questions 🙂
-The home can sleep up to 20 guests. Guests 17-20 are charged $50/guest per night.
POOL HEATING- Pool heating is available for an additional $200/day. Please let us know AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your arrival whether or not you’d like this turned on, so that we can adjust the settings accordingly. If selected, we will set the pool to 85 degrees, which doesn’t make the pool *hot* but does make it swimmable. (Without heating, temperatures can drop to low 50s in the winter.)
ROOF ACCESS- We do NOT allow guests to use either roof as a walk deck. This is for owner use only. Guest misuse/trespassing will result in removal from the property. Thank you for your cooperation, we promise the views from the backyard are just as stunning.
