The cedar-sided home is impressive from the minute you open the front door, with a calming blend of rustic and modern elements.
We provide a Smart TV and Roku for you to gather and watch a movie and there’s plenty of room to sprawl out. Bring your favorite board game for a fun night in.
The door beside the TV leads you into the large master bedroom, separate from the rest of the home and offering a king-size bed, large walk-in closet, full private bathroom and washer/dryer. Crossing to the other side of the home you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and the second full bath.
The spiral staircase leads to a second-floor loft (possibly the coolest part of the home) which we’ve transformed into an additional sleeping area with two queen-size beds. Enjoy the backyard view or relax in the leather butterfly chair provided for you.
While this home is ideal for groups up to 8, groups of 9-12 can be accommodated for a charge of $15/person per night if people choose to sleep on the sectional or double up on all bed.
There are some great dining options in town, but if you are wanting to cook at the home, our kitchen is stocked with the basics you’d need to cook most dishes. (Spices for cooking and cream/sugar for coffee/tea are not provided, so please bring those if you’d need them)
The French Doors in the dining area open to a large screened porch from which you can view Cacapon Mountain hovering in the distance above your private backyard.
A 7-person hot tub is also located along the side of the house for your enjoyment 🙂

*The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator does not work. We provide ice cube trays and there’s a dollar store down the road if you need to purchase water bottles during your stay.
Parking-
The garage is not available for parking, however there is a large driveway as well as street parking 🙂
