When you enter the home, off to the right you have a charming sunken living space with a fireplace and views of the front yard, intimate and including a cozy lofted bench, yet still open and connected to the larger living area set back a bit further.

This second living area, with steps leading up to a bar and extending into the backyard, is the perfect place to entertain, with multiple seating areas, skylights, beautiful furniture, a fireplace and a pool table all tied together in a spacious open floor plan.

The kitchen features a 16-foot-long Brazilian tourmaline island with bar stool seating and large walk-in pantry with tons of cabinet space and a second refrigerator.

The western wing of the home has 5 bedrooms including:

– One king bed (master)
– Two full beds (one regular, one Murphy bed) in separate rooms
– One bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total)
– One queen bed

The spacious master bedroom has dual closets AND two bathrooms (because why not?) and includes a 2-seated bathtub and walk-in shower with multiple shower-heads. This fabulous suite walks out onto a large wrap-around porch with views of the rose garden, pool and beautiful Pinnacle Peak beyond.

The eastern wing of the home has a private bedroom with a queen bed, private balcony facing south and full bathroom.

The outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with a pool and seating areas all nestled under string lights with views of the mountain in the distance.

The casita is just on the other side of the pool and boasts two bedrooms, two full baths and a sofa bed. There is a full kitchen with breakfast nook and living area, making it the perfect autonomous accompaniment to the larger main home.

– 18 miles to downtown Scottsdale
– 26 miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport
– 30 miles to downtown Phoenix
– 3 miles to Grayhawk Golf Club
– 5 miles to Troon Country Club

Other things to note
-The home can sleep up to 20 guests. Guests 17-20 are charged $50/guest per night.

-The pool is located by a lot of trees and shrubbery. This, and the fact that it is a very windy monsoon season, means debris WILL and DO get into the pool daily. We have regular weekly maintenance to keep the water properly balanced but debris will inevitably get into the water every day. We provide a skimmer for you to get the pool to your liking between maintenance calls.

– Right now (July 2022) the entire state is experiencing an explosion of beetles.

According to pest control,
“In the last few days many have noticed hundreds of little black beetles trying to enter the home.
These fun little invaders are part of a group of beetles called darkling beetles. They lay their eggs in the soil and underneath the foundation of our homes and lay dormant until the the start of our monsoons.
In some cases they can lay dormant for years waiting for the opportune time
to make our lives miserable. They will remain active for the next few months, as the monsoons disappear they will also disappear..
The unfortunate answer is there’s not much that can be done to prevent or diminish the experience with these little creatures. If you currently have service you will realize they die very quickly once entering the home. Please weather the storm with the confidence that this is a short term issue and they will naturally subside and disappear, until the next monsoons when all the fun starts over again.”

– The water takes a little time to get hot but it does get hot! Please give it a few minutes before reaching out!
